Beautiful video again!
Though the drink, breaks with spme of my idea of good bartending:
First of all: 2 different wine aperitifs, plus bitter liqueur and only quite less tequila? Its a wild mix…
2.: Blanco tequila is not smoky…
3.: You see, that obviously you don’t have enough dilution, if you are chilling the mixing glass and have too big ice cubes.
Though the frozen cocktail glass is a good shot

The quality of the audio is really bad, especially compared to the video. I actuallly couldn’t stand to listen to it no more than a couple of seconds. A real shame, because I really like the Idea and would’ve loved to watch it through.

Dominik – Wild or not, it’s a delicious drink that works very well, give it a try! With regards to dilution, the drink really doesn’t need that much as it only contains a relatively small amount of strong spirits and it tasted just great.
Dan – Can I ask exactly what was wrong with the audio for you? I appreciate it’s not audiophile quality with some background noise etc, but really bad seems like a slight exageration unless you’re having problems I’m not.

this is an awesome drink – i bookmarked it just before going to New Orleans for vacation and made it right after coming back today – it might be good with Aperol too but why mess with perfection

Great presentation. Hugely impressed. Keep up the good work, it is appreciated. I will be sure to try this one out as soon as I get behind the sticks!

Hmm sorry about not being very constructive in my last comment. And, yeah, “really bad” might have been a smidgen exaggerated.
Something really annoys me about the audio quality though. The high-mid is a really grating at times, especially apparent when he stirs the drink. I think it might have to do about your mic picking up reflections from the room.
I’m far from an expert so take everything I say with a grain of salt, but you might want to try another mic or putting the one you have closer?
And again, I wouldn’t take the time to write this if I didn’t really appreciate the shows and I honestly just want them to improve.

Helena – Glad you enjoyed the drink!
Dan – thanks for coming back with more detailed comments. I appreciate the audio quality isn’t the best, it is something I am hoping to improve next year but unfortunately the kind of equipment I need for better audio isn’t cheap! Anyway thanks for the comments, glad to like the shows and hope you will like them even more in the future when I can better the sound
