But I would say if you have the Appleton 12 just use that (unless you think it's too expensive to mix). It's a good drink, by the way; sort of a spicier Dark & Stormy. I didn't use the dash of syrup, and wouldn't, having tried it. I suppose it depends on the sweetness of your falernum.
