Oh Gosh! TV takes a trip across the Channel to Paris, France, for the second annual Paris bar show Cocktails & Spirits. Over two days bartenders from 13 top bars from around the world, including Salvatore Calabrese of Fifty in London, England, Hidetsugu Ueno of High Five in Tokyo, Japan, and Jim Meehan of P.D.T. in New York, USA, came together to discuss their trade. This is a great work which give a very thorough vibe about Cocktails Spirits!

Thanks for the comments everyone. Tristan – I use a Canon 5D Mk II which is a digital SLR that also takes 1080p video. It has a full-frame sensor and allows the use of fast lenses which makes it great in low light (perfect for dark bars!).

The cocktail with the smoke; any chance we could see / hear more about that? Specifically the device being used to extract the smoke.
