I LOVE BASIL! I've only had opportunity to try one cocktail using basil... was a gin and grapefruit drink that used it as a garnish. It was the "strangest" offering on the restaurant menu but worked BEAUTIFULLY. Definitely an ingredient I've been wanting to incorporate more into my repertoire. Great work Jay! Basil! I LOVE BASIL!
